Boulevadier
A classic, fantastic cocktail. This formulation has been taken from Christian Heiss at Kronenhalle, Zurich. However much you practice, you will never do it as well as Christian. So go visit Christian in Kronenhalle.
Ingredients:
- 1 measure Baker’s overproof bourbon
- 1 measure Campari
- 1 measure Martini Rubino
- Slice of orange
- Twist of lemon
Serves 1
Stir the liquid ingredients on ice (don’t make them too cold). Pour into an iced glass. Add orange and lemon garnish.
Drink, then make another one. The amazing thing about this negroni-a-like is the butteriness of the taste, which means you will want more than one.
